1. How long can I expect to wait to receive items that I have purchased from your shop?
Most orders ship within seven days. Occasionally, with large orders or during particularly busy seasons, this may be a little bit longer, especially if extra fabric has to be ordered. You will always be notified if your order will take longer than seven days to ship.
2. Do you take custom orders?
I do! Please contact me with more information about what you're looking for and I'll do my best to accommodate you! Also, please note that custom orders do take longer to ship as it often takes me roughly two weeks total to get all the supplies (fabric) necessary for your order as well as the time needed to construct each item.
3. Do you make crib skirts? Bumper pads?
Yes, I do make crib skirts, just on a per-order basis. Since there are so many different varieties...different lengths, gathered, box pleat, flat front, etc....I don't list these in my shop. Please contact me if you're interested in ordering a crib skirt and we can discuss options.
No, I do not make bumper pads. The American Academy of Pediatrics no longer recommends that any form of bumper pad be used in the crib. (link to policy abstract) To avoid any issues, I've decided not to offer this item in my shop.
4. Do you make other items?
Due to their popularity, I tend to make and sell a lot of changing pad covers and crib sheets. I can, however, make plenty of other items for your home or nursery including boppy covers, curtains, valances, pillow covers, etc. Let me know what you're looking for and we can discuss options and pricing.
5. Do you ship to Canada/internationally?
Unfortunately, not right now. We live a good 35 minute round trip from our nearest post office. With my three little ones in tow and the typical long lines, it's not cost effective for me to go to the post office to ship. I do all of my shipping from home; the postal carrier picks up my packages daily. At this time, they'll only pick up domestic packages due to issues with customs. Very sorry to disappoint!
